This cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) application is part of the Infor Customer Experience suite of solutions, and includes sales, customer service, marketing analytics and reporting tools. Infor CloudSuite CRM allows companies to manage the full customer life cycle in one environment – this helps them to capitalize on future sales opportunities and deliver exceptional services.
