Attitude Hotels Combines Sunshine and the Cloud with Infor
Recently, the Mauritian Group of Hotels Attitude deployed Infor CloudSuite Hospitality and Infor SunSystems as part of a strategy to standardize operations and improve customer experience. Moving to the cloud allowed Attitude to reduce operational times and costs, as well as access customer and property data with the Infor SunSystems business intelligence. “Opening up data for business intelligence exploration is a fast track to dramatically improving the customer experience,” said Wolfgang Emperger, vice president of Infor Hospitality, EMEA. “Not only are operations improved and costs reduced, but most importantly, operators such as Attitude can start to look at the data that has been hidden away in systems for years.
